Two baths in the same Seattle home, two different problems, one plan. The first had been stuck in the nineties — builder-grade everything, tired tile, a layout that made mornings a chore. The second was small and felt smaller because a wall was boxing in the shower. Both deserved the same care, at the scale each one needed.
The first bath got a full rework. The old tub came out for a sleek new soaking tub, the tired tile gave way to clean spa tile, and we set two shampoo niches so bottles stop juggling. Gold fixtures added warmth without trying too hard, and a new vanity and mirror opened the room up.
The second was the small one — a full bath with a shower hiding behind a wall that made the whole room feel cramped. We took the wall out, retiled throughout, and updated the fixtures. Same footprint, a room that finally breathes.
Two baths, one crew, one honest price each. The lesson we like to repeat: you don't need a massive room to get a big result. You need the right plan for the room you actually have.
