Baklinski Home Improvement is working on a multi bathroom renovation near Seattle WA. Proper waterproofing is a crucial part of any successful bathroom project. The red material on the walls is a waterproofing solution and is combined with a heavy-duty shower pan that is independently leak tested before any tile goes on. This particular bathroom will feature a walk-in shower with double rain heads, an adjacent soaker tub, German fixtures, Italian tile and integrated lighting in the main mirror. Complete luxury!
